Cooking has been Florina SIlvio's passion since her teenage years. Growing up in North Africa, raised by South Asian parents and attending an international school provided her with insights into different cultures and traditions, including food. As Florina experimented with different recipes, her earlier influences became her inspiration. The recipes are a fusion of different cuisines and flavours. Most recipes in this book are simple, easy to follow, contain minimal processed ingredients and take less than an hour to prepare and cook, providing a balanced yet delicious diet.
